Last updated: 29 May 2026  ·  Wonderland Platform

Wonderland is committed to full compliance with all applicable laws relating to the depiction of persons in explicit content, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75 where applicable.

Platform Role

Wonderland operates as a content hosting platform and secondary producer as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Wonderland does not produce, direct, or film content. All content is produced by independent baddies (content creators) who are the primary producers of their material.

Baddie (Primary Producer) Obligations

Every baddie who uploads content depicting actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct is the primary producer of that content and bears full responsibility for:

Wonderland's Verification Process

As part of our Baddie KYC process, Wonderland independently verifies the age and identity of all baddies before they are permitted to post any content. This verification includes:

This verification applies to the baddie's own identity. Baddies who feature other individuals in their content remain solely responsible for verifying and documenting the age and identity of those individuals.

Custodian of Records

For the purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, records relating to baddies' own verified identities are maintained by Wonderland. Records relating to other performers depicted in baddie content are held by the respective baddie as primary producer.

Inspection requests from authorised officials should be directed to Wonderland's registered address, available on request through our Help section.

Exemptions

Content that does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of that statute. Such content may still be subject to other applicable laws and Wonderland's Content Policy.

Zero Tolerance

Any content that depicts a minor in a sexually explicit manner is absolutely prohibited, constitutes a criminal offence, and will be immediately removed and reported to law enforcement including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline and, where applicable, the South African Police Service (SAPS).
