DMCA & Takedowns

Wonderland respects the intellectual property rights of others and takes copyright infringement seriously. If you believe content on Wonderland infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below. We also handle non-copyright content removal requests — such as non-consensual intimate imagery — under a separate expedited process.

Copyright Takedown (DMCA Notice)

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, your request must include all of the following:

Required information in your notice

Your full legal name and contact information (email, address, phone number);
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
The specific URL(s) on Wonderland where the infringing content appears;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf;
Your physical or electronic signature.

Send your completed notice to our designated DMCA agent via the Help section in your dashboard or by emailing the address listed there. We aim to process valid notices within 3–5 business days.

Counter-Notice (Baddies)

If your content was removed as a result of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was made in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:

Your full legal name and contact information;
Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal;
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification;
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (if you are in the United States), or the courts of South Africa (if you are outside the United States);
Your physical or electronic signature.

On receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)

If your intimate images have been posted on Wonderland without your consent, you do not need to follow the DMCA process. We treat NCII as an urgent safety matter. Submit your request through the Help section and mark it as "Non-Consensual Content" — we will prioritise review and aim to act within 24 hours.

The non-consensual distribution of intimate images is a criminal offence under South Africa's Cybercrimes Act 19 of 2020. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in such matters.

Repeat Infringers

Wonderland has a repeat infringer policy. Baddies who receive multiple valid DMCA takedowns will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.

Gather your information

Prepare all required details listed above before you submit. Incomplete notices cannot be actioned.

Submit via Help

Log into Wonderland (or use the guest help form) and submit your notice through the Help & Support section. Select "Copyright / DMCA" or "Content Removal" as the category.

We review and act

Our team reviews your submission. Valid notices are actioned within 3–5 business days. NCII reports are treated as urgent and reviewed within 24 hours.

We notify you

You will receive confirmation once the notice has been processed and the content has been removed or a decision has been made.
