By accessing or using Wonderland you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users — baddies (content creators) and fans (subscribers/buyers) alike.

1. Who We Are

Wonderland is an online content monetisation platform that allows registered baddies to publish and sell digital content to paying fans. Wonderland operates as a marketplace and technology provider — we are not the publisher or producer of baddie content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register, use, or access any part of Wonderland. By creating an account you confirm that:

You are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
All registration information you provide is accurate and truthful;
You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal.

3. Baddie Accounts

Baddies are content creators on Wonderland. To become a baddie you must complete our verification process ("Baddie KYC"), which includes age and identity verification. By applying you agree that:

You are the rightful owner of all content you upload or have obtained all necessary licences and permissions;
You take full legal and moral responsibility for everything you post;
You will not impersonate any other person or entity;
You will not post content that violates these Terms or any applicable law.

4. Content Rules

Wonderland permits a wide range of content including mature and explicit adult material, subject to the following absolute prohibitions. The following content is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate permanent removal and reporting to relevant authorities:

Any content depicting or suggesting the sexual abuse, exploitation, or sexualisation of minors (persons under 18);
Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge content") or any content produced without the full informed consent of all persons depicted;
Content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against any person or group;
Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities including trafficking, drug supply, or weapons;
Spam, misleading thumbnails, or content designed to defraud fans;
Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Wonderland reserves the right to remove any content at any time, with or without notice, if it violates these Terms or our Content Policy.

5. Payments & Earnings

Baddies earn revenue from fan purchases. Wonderland retains a platform fee, and the remainder is paid to the baddie on the schedule described in your baddie dashboard. All earnings are subject to applicable taxes. Baddies are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes owed in their jurisdiction. Wonderland does not provide tax advice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By posting content on Wonderland you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and deliver your content for the purposes of operating the platform. This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account, subject to any outstanding fan access rights.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Wonderland is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonderland and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time for any breach of these Terms or our policies. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of Wonderland after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
