Tokens & Payments
This page explains how tokens, purchases, and creator earnings work on Wonderland.
What tokens are
Tokens are an in-app credit used only inside Wonderland. They are not money, currency, or a financial instrument, and they have no value outside the Platform. Supporters buy a balance of tokens and spend them to unlock content or message creators.
Buying tokens
Tokens are purchased through secure third-party payment providers. The price and any applicable taxes or fees are shown before you complete a purchase. Once tokens are added to your balance, they are ready to use immediately.
Spending tokens
You can spend tokens to unlock a creator's bundles or premium posts, or to send messages where a creator has enabled that. The token cost is always shown before you confirm.
Creator earnings & payouts
When a supporter unlocks a creator's content, the creator receives tokens. Creators can request to withdraw their earnings subject to minimum thresholds, verification, and our payout schedule. Wonderland may retain a service fee, which is disclosed to creators.
Refunds
Because tokens unlock digital content immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of proven technical error or unauthorised transactions. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly.
Fraud & chargebacks
We monitor for fraudulent activity. Accounts involved in payment fraud or abusive chargebacks may be suspended and reported.
